What does the competition Look Like?

• Milk Quality is a CDE competition at the state level in which students taste cheeses and milk, determining the type and fat content of cheeses as well as the mimiced defect in the milk.

• The competition consists of 4 parts 

1. Cheese tasting

2. Milk defect tasting

3. Dairy substitute tasting 

4. Multiple choice questions
